This is the record that put Alabama on the map. The first track to the last shows you what 4 musicians who love and respect each other can do. They will always remind me of a girl named Angie, my first love! This is the blueprint for anyone who picks up a Bass, a Guitar, Drumsticks and a Microphone. These Alabama Boys will be missed!! - Alabama "Mountain Music" Pure Alabama Gold!!!!
An excellent cd containing the songs: "Mountain Music", "Close Enought to Perfect", "Words at Twenty Paces", "Changes Comin'On", "Green River", "Take me Down", "You Turn Me On", "Never Be One", "Lovin' You is Killin' Me", and "Gonna Have a Party". This is Alabama at their best,and I highly, gladly recommend it. Thanks!!!! - A classic
I haven't got the chance to see Alabama live, but "Mountain Music" is one of my all-time favorite country albums. I bought this one from a mail-order record club. Not a clunker on it. Highly recommended. - 1 of the best Alabama records
I actually own this in vinyl format instead of cd format.
This is one of those records you keep forever. When the vynyl record gets too scratched I'll buy the cd.
