- THREE FOR THE PRICE OF ONE
If there was ever anything that could be called a sure thing it is this live recording from Texas Stadium that brings together individually, in duets and trios, a cowpoke, a country boy and a parrothead. George Strait, Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett are kindred spirits who have all worked together in the past and shine in the various combinations here.
This is a perfect, laid back, summertime tailgating outing. Nothing too serious, much tongue in cheek as the three headliners comprise the perfect mutual admiration society. Everyone one stage is having fun, the audience is having a good time as you will in the comfort of your home or your truck.
The stars came out to play and now all you need to complete the fun is some fried chicken, greasy burgers and beer and a pitcher of margaritas and count the days until summer.

- Review of "Live at Texas Stadium"
This is a very enjoyable album and certainly collectible. My only question is since they waited this long to put it out,why didn't they release it as a DVD video? Recommended.

- Splendid!
I have to say this is one one of the most enjoyable CDs I have listened to. I am a big George Strait fan but had only listened to a little Buffet and virtually no Jackson. What a pleasant surprise! Of course, I love Cowboys Like Us, but I've played Designated Drinker, Five O'Clock Somewhere, and Where I Come From over and over and over. There' not a bad track on the disc. And you can't help but smile listening to how much fun these guys are having together. A friend of mine will be 50 tomorrow and I bought one for him for his birthday. Great!

- TOO MUCH PROMOTION
As a big fan of all three musicians, I was disappointed that I could not attend the concert in person but after listening to the cd I'm glad to have missed it. If I hear "Let's hear it for George Strait or Alan Jackson or Jimmy Buffet" again, that's fine with me. While the music is good the mutual admiration society was over the top. Way too much introduction/promotion goes on and it becomes distraction. It really wore thin on me.
- No finer song than NE Texas Women!
Great collection if you like A. Jimmy Buffett B. Country Music at all C. An Alan Jackson Fan or D. A George Strait fan!!!!!!
