Florida's Bellamy Brothers may be known to most for the perfect-for-its-time breezy country-rock #1 hit "Let Your Love Flow," but they would go on to become one of country's most consistent hitmakers through the 1970s & '80s. With a Jimmy Buffett-esque sound that combines a beachcomber's ease with a early-country-meets-redneck sensibility, the pair offer far more than the overplayed single would hint, and this thorough combination of two GREATEST HITS records captures that.
I was trying to replace a favourite old cassette and this is what I found. I love this music and am ever so pleased to have found it at last on CD. This was not as easy as it appearred.
