Bomshel Album: “Fight Like a Girl”

I was fortunate to see Bomshel 2 times here is my home town, before the cd came out, they are awesome in concert, awesome to look at, and the cd is really good too. I'm not a very big country fan but this is an exception.

I've followed Bomshel for the past two years since they donated their time and talent for our National Guard families in Mississippi. This is one of the hardest working bands on the road today and this recording does a great job of capturing so much of the energy of a live show.

Kristy O and Kelley Shepard are a perfect match in harmony and style. They have brought together some of the premier session players in Nashville for this studio effort. They worked with long-time writer, player, advocate, and all around musical guru Bob Regan to pen several of the songs here. Kristy also has production and engineering credits.

Give this one a try, and the next time Bomshel comes to your town, go see them live!

This cd "Fight Like a Girl" truly is an amazing record. Every single song on it is really good and Kelley Shepard's voice is amazing and powerful and Kristy Osmunson is one mean fiddle player. I am surprised they are not really famous yet because with their talent, they should be.

Bought the CD last night...it's very good! I saw them at a show in Oceanside this summer and promised myself that I'd get the CD as soon as it was available. I've listed to the whole thing twice now and haven't found a song that I can't tolerate yet. 'Fight Like A Girl' is the best track, but 'Just Fine' and 'You' are growing on me. The No Doubt cover tune, 'Just a Girl' was awesome in concert, and well done on the CD too. If you're on the fence about this one, jump off and buy it. You'll like it!

This is an awesome song. Being a breast cancer patient this is going to rock this world. Can't wait until I can purchase it on a CD
