- Lot of great tunes on this CD
Lot of great tunes on this CD. Wanted a copy of Uneasy Rider, and happened to see this CD. Found 4-5 new favorites.
- Charlie Daniels Band
It arrived a day before it was supposed to and it is awesome. The songs are wonderful and brings happiness to you. I love it and I particularly like the song and always have liked it What this Country needs is a few more rednecks.
- Good old fashioned fun!
It's Charlie Daniels. What's not to like?
Seriously, these are the original recordings. They are SO much better thant he remastered nonsense I mistakenly purchase previously.
Charlie Daniels is an original and his music should be enjoyed in it's original form!
- Great Single-Dsc Anthology Of The CDB
16 BIGGEST HITS is a great single-disc anthology of the Charlie Daniels Band. It takes you from their first big hit, "Uneasy Rider", from 1973, all the way up to 1989's "(What the world Needs Is) A Few More Rednecks." In between there are fourteen other great songs in both Southern rock and country styles, including "The Devil Went Down To Georgia", the CDB's biggest pop hit, and "Simple Man", which calls for executing violent criminals and drug dealers. If you get this one, you'll also want A DECADE OF HITS, which focuses strictly on the 70s/early 80s.
