Don Williams Album: “Icon 2”

Wow! Great voice to listen too! I love this CD. There's not many CD's that I love every song but this is definitely one of them!

I really like the CD. There are just a couple less known songs that could have been replaced with other songs that reached higher on the charts. Still, a very good CD.

Don Williams was my favorite singer in his time. I absolutely love "Lord, I hope this day is good." I was glad to find this compilation of his greatest hits for my cd library.

Never realized what a great, traditional country singer Don Williams is. Had seen him a number of years ago at a concert with Ray Price but didn't stay to hear much of his singing after Ray Price was done. Didn't really know who he was. Then I bought his latest album ("And So It Goes") on a spur of the moment kind of thing and was pleasantly surprised. He has a great, deep, soothing country voice. His songs are king of laid-back but really make you feel good when you listen to them. The 2-cd album I'm rating is a greatest hits-type album and every song is very enjoyable if you like traditional country music sung by a true professional country singer. Don Williams is your man if you like this kind of music.

Don Williams can always take away the stress of the day. His voice has a way of just soothing my nerves and mellowing me out. My husband and I love his music and this CD does not disappoint!
