- SPENDING CHRISTMAS WITH GLEN CAMPBELL

"A Glenn Campbell Christmas" is a well-produced album that features Glenn Campbell's thoughtful renditions of eleven Christmas classics. No song is a standout, as each song is fantastic. If you're a fan of Glen Campbell, or want to add another Christmas album to your collection, then "A Glen Campbell Christmas" is a classic that belongs in your collection. Grade: A+

- A Glen Campbell Christmas, A Great Christmas CD!

I just purchased this CD this year, and while I already have several Glen Campbell Christmas LPs/CDs, this one stands out as a favorite. The reason is, it contains only Christian Christmas carols and hymns, not any secular songs/Holiday music contained on the others.

I've always been a huge Glen Campbell fan, and I love his voice! He sounds great on just about anything he records. While I do like all his Christmas music, it's nice to have a CD that focuses on the true meaning of Christmas - Christ's birth! "Jesus is the reason for the season."

Mankind needs to be saved from its sinful condition and separation from God. Our loving God has provided us with that Savior, His only Son! The Bible tells us, "For unto YOU is born THIS DAY in the city of David A SAVIOR, which is CHRIST THE LORD." Luke 2:11

My prayer for anyone who reads this review is that you accept this gift of God. Blessed Christmas!

- Not impressed

While I love Christmas music and like Glen Campbell, I thought this CD was uninspired. There's nothing "wrong" with the music or singing (except for wimping out on "O Holy Night"), but there's nothing memorable in these recordings. They are high quality PLAIN, nothing innovative, nothing fresh, nothing even excitiing. Glen Campbell seems bored himself.
