Citing lack of evidence, prosecutors in Memphis, Tennessee have dismissed a misdemeanor assault case against Hank Williams Jr. stemming from a hotel cocktail waitress' allegations that the country crooner roughed her up nearly a year ago. "We didn't feel we had a case we could prove," District Attorney General Bill Gibbons told Memphis' Commercial Appeal newspaper.
