Some of the big hits are here, but the album doesn't pretend to completeness. What it does provide is an interesting mix of Williams' familiar up-tempo numbers with some lesser-known ballads that are no less worthy. Some of these are religious ("Wealth Won't Save Your Soul"), others are astonishingly morbid ("Six More Miles to the Graveyard"), but most of them reflect that weird but quintessentially American duality between hedonism and guilty fatalism that Williams embodied better than anyone in country music history.
