Comeback king Lionel Richie has been tapped as opener for Jimmy Buffett's July 28 show at Comerica Park, promoters announced today. "Tuskegee" is Richie's first No. 1 album in 26 years. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday for the show, which will include a day of tailgating outside the ballpark. Seat prices have not yet been announced.
