Montgomery Gentry Album: “For Our Heroes [Crackerbarrell Exclusive]”

I bought this for my husband because he is a big Montgomery Gentry fan. He loves this CD.

My main criticism of this effort is song choice. I basically like MG and have seen them "live" both at the Opry and "Christmas For Kids" with Charlie Daniels. That being said, I would expect that a CD entitled "For Our Heroes" would have a bit more Patriotic flavor and less of the barroom anthem type material. IMHO, a few of the songs on here do not fit the theme of this recording. It would have been a stronger effort if a few of the songs were replaced with more inspirational and/or patriotic material.
