Patty is the Best Country & Blues singer hands down. Her honky tonk feel good tunes will rock the blues right out of you. I was a die-hard jazz lover, all my old (childhood) friends having been jazz musicians/singers, but hearing Patty Loveless changed all that forever, she has been my favorite singer and music for about 2 DECADES, that is a long time. Hard to believe she is just now gaining recognition as The Best Country Music female vocalist, she always was. I wish down to my boots she would put out more discs because I can never get enough and always learn all her new songs in a week. Her latest album 'Sleepless Nights' is in my opinion her best thus far. Any album of hers is TOPS, she sings like an angel.
