- Essential listening for any country music fan.
This CD is a compilation of the best songs off of her early records. Reba gained more mainstream prominence in the 1990's with her own brand of pop-country, but on this recording and on subsequent 1980's recordings the difference is the quality of the songs. At a time when country seemed to be floundering with rock and pop (just like today), Reba came along with real, heartfelt country songs. If you don't like this album, you probably should consider listening to a different genre of music altogether. If you do like it, check out "My Kind of Country", "Have I got a Deal For You", "Whoever's In New England"

- Excellent classic Reba McEntire
If you are interested in finding a great compilation of Reba's early material, this is the CD to buy!!!!! The material comes from Reba's days with Mercury records. It truly is pure country, long before the huge boom of the 90's. It truly is a refreshing album. Go for it!
