I bought this LP after buying the Tom T Hall tribute LP. I am an alternative country fan but this recording is as good as country gets. Listen to this and marvel at the delicacy of the lyrics. He doesn't use a cliched line and is so adept at telling a story. The man is a genius.Why is he not more famous?
Ps Buy the tribute LP as well! That's really good as well.

I play this often and it never gets old. Tom T. Hall is one of the greatest singer song writeres that has ever lived. It's uncanny how he makes songs come to life and, he seems to be able to do it with the simplest things in life. - TOM T. HALL IS ONE OF THE BEST!
