For some at Saturday's Kentucky Derby, celebrity sightings were on equal footing with watching the thoroughbreds. Tickets go on sale June 4 for grandstand shows at the Franklin County Fair, which has moved the day for the tractor and truck pull to draw a bigger crowd.
