- Trisha's Best!
Everybody Knows is Trisha Yearwood's best album yet. This is a lady who knows how to sing, and who knows what she wants to say. All of her albums are great (including SONGBOOK, THINKIN' ABOUT YOU, HEARTS IN ARMOR, THE SONG REMEMBERS WHEN, TRISHA YEARWOOD, THE SWEETEST GIFT, and her current WHERE YOUR ROAD LEADS, so pick them all. If you are a fan of Jewel, Sarah McLaughlin, Shawn Colvin, Linda Rondstadt, or Bonnie Raitt, you would be a fan of Trisha Yearwood!.

- Everybody Knows about Trisha Yearwood!!
EVERYBODY KNOWS is a well-balanced CD of great songs and really great songs. There's really nothing wrong with the CD, it just isn't as strong as THINKING ABOUT YOU. The strength of the singles, "Believe Me Baby (I Lied)" and "Everybody Knows" carry the weight of the CD, as well as, "I Need You." "Little Hercules," Under The Rainbow," and "A Lover Is Forever" stand out as strong album cuts. Check out the lyrics on the insert.

- Trisha's voice is an instrument
I'd give this CD 4 and a half stars, but couldn't because Amazon wouldn't allow me to do that. I love most songs on Everybody Knows, but the ones I don't like aren't bad- they aren't my cup of tea. I recognize the fact Trisha Yearwood has impeccable talent and that she always picks the best songs in Nashville. The thing I like about Trisha is how she gives each song a different meaning. Every time I listen to her songs, I get something different out of it. Her songs will become classics. I also like how Trisha doesn't oversing her material like other singers around. She has a powerful voice, but knows how to use it effectively in order to convey the appropiate message. I like to call her the thinking singer because you can tell she puts a lot of thought into every note she sings. I cannot wait until she releases new material.

- Songbook
Trisha Yearwood has one of the best voices you will ever hear. About the best song that you will ever hear on this album is On A Bus To St Cloud, The Flame comes in a close second, and if you're lucky enough to have the Australian release, check out Save the Land, a duet with Lee Kernaghan. Her duet with Garth Brooks, In Another's Eyes, is absolutely brilliant. For someone who I first listened to as a back up singer, she sings a pretty good song. I rate her amongst 2 other female singers as the best and they are Karen Carpenter and Reba Mcentire. I always thought that I would never hear anyone better than Karen, but Trisha you win it hands down!!

- Absolutely wonderful
I had not been a fan of country music very long when I purchased this CD. Five years later, I am still blown away every time I listen to it, especially if I let a few months go by in between, which is difficult to do because the entire record is that good! It's appropriate for all moods, in all types of weather, at home, in your car, and while working on your computer... A great mix of fast, slow, fun, and sadly heartfelt stories which Ms. Yearwood incredibly manages to convey as if they are her own. I always listen to the entire record, start to finish, and usually play it over again right away, as I never find myself tiring of the music, especially the first four or five songs. This would be one of the first CDs I'd choose to put on "The Top Ten Records I Couldn't Live Without if Stranded on a Desert Island" list. After that, most everything else is a distant second.
