- Every Song Tells A Story

"Thinkin' About You" can honestly be labeled as Trisha's most emotional release to date. Trisha's vocals are immaculate and her choice in singles is downright brilliant. The songs on the album all tell a story and who better to tell them than such a talented artist. You can relate to every single, no matter who you are.

If you're in love and you want everyone to know, then you'll enjoy "Thinkin' About You".

If you're the adventurous type who doesn't want to be held down, "I Wanna Go Too Far" is right up your alley.

If you're like me and you want a moody-get-in-your-car-at-3am-to-drive-around-with-your-honey-and-not-know-where-you're-going-to-song, then the Melissa Etheridge penned "You Can Sleep While I Drive" is what you're begging to hear. It's one of her best recordings if you want my opinion.

Other highlights include "XXX's and OOO's (An American Girl), the haunting "On A Bus To St. Cloud", the cover of Tammy Wynettes's "Till I Get It Right", and "O Mexico".

If I could suggest just one Trisha Yearwood album to you, "Think' About You" is it. This is Trisha at her most country and most emotional and absolute best!

- Every cut a good one

This CD is one you can put in and leave. Every cut is incredible. "On a Bus to St. Cloud" touches the heart like very few songs can. If you have ever loved and lost and do not feel moved by this song, your soul is empty.

- On A Bus To St Cloud

Trisha Yearwood's 1995 album THINKIN ABOUT YOU is often overlooked, which is a shame. Many know it for its hits, like the title track and "XXX's and OOO's (An American Girl)", which both fared well on country charts. Those are great songs, but only the tip of the iceberg. Sadly only those two singles performed well on the charts, the others simply crashed and burned. Other singles included her cover of Melissa Etheridge's "You Can Sleep While I Drive", the Gretchen Peters written "On A Bus To St. Cloud", and the uptempo "I Wanna Go Too Far". Yearwood turns in powerful performances on "You Can Sleep While I Drive" and "On A Bus To St. Cloud", which are arguably the best songs on this album. A few tracks here are remakes, such as Trisha's version of the Tammy Wynette classic "Till I Get It Right". Travis Tritt later redid "The Restless Kind" for his 1996 album of the same name, but Trisha's version has a certain spunk to it. Other highlights include the regretful "Those Words We Said", and "O Mexico" and "Fairytale". Overall give this album a listen, might not be her best but don't miss it.

- Trisha"s journey of the heart

WOW! I LOVE Trisha's music, but this, must surely, be some of her best!. the one that stands out, above the rest, at least to me, Is " On A Bus To ST.Cloud" It's depth, soul touching effect, & lasting ability, to reach Inside, & do something, as we Identify with the pain loss, & healing process. I've allway's been moved, by this song... a part of her, se left, with, with us............ 5- STARS!

- Good album

This is a real nice album. Trisha has a great voice and these are good songs. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that I don't like "XXX's and OOO's" much. It got way too much airplay at the time and is a bit repetitive. But the other songs are good. I particularly like the Melissa Etheridge song "You can sleep while I drive", and the Gretchen Peters song "On a bus to St. Cloud". The 12 page booklet contains all lyrics and photos of Trish.
