This album will only be appreciated by true Hank Jr. connoisseurs. There is also a part two album that completes the Early Years series. You'll hear backup harmonies from Waylon in, "You Gonna Change, (or I'm gonna leave)", and songs you never thought Hank would do like, "All By Myself". I bought this on cassette years ago at the Earnest Tubb Record Shop in Nashville and wore it out. I was happy to see it back out in publication and it was easy to download off the Amazon web-site.

This is a decent CD of some of Hank's earlier music. Tenessee is by far the best song on the CD. If you haven't heard the song, you need to pick this one up. |
